Successfully applying MSP and PRINCE2 to real programmes and projects can be a daunting task. There's a wealth of knowledge to be absorbed, internally rationalised and applied - ask anyone who has successfully completed the training to become an accredited Practitioner!

Taking these concepts and applying them to live programmes and projects can put colleagues on a very steep learning curve in a highly pressurised environment. For senior executives and managers without the time to attend detailed training courses there is also a significant challenge in being able to engage effectively with their programme and project teams.
