Patrick formed Pearce Mayfield Associates in 1994, whilst he was on the team that managed the delivery of PRINCE2®, the UK Government's globally-acclaimed best practice project management method. Patrick is an accredited P3O, MSP™ and Change Management trainer.

 

Patrick now takes on the role of Chairman of the company. He is a regular speaker at conferences on topics such as PRINCE2, MSP programme management, Mind Mapping, creativity and problem-solving. Patrick was one of the authors of the 3rd edition of the MSP Manual published in September 2007. He regularly writes for his blog, Lessons of a Learning Leader.

John Edmonds

John is our Director of Strategy and Marketing and Head of Training within the company, looking after the development of course materials and our team of excellent trainers.

 

John has won himself many fans among delegates in the UK and internationally when delivering pearcemayfield courses such as PRINCE2, MSP and Change Management,  He has helped a number of organisations to improve their project and programme management practices, and was a member of the team that authored the latest version of PRINCE2.

 

 

 

Richard Rose

Richard joined pearcemayfield in March 2008, having been an associate trainer to the company.  Richard trained in PRINCE2 after a long career as a programme and project manager. As such, Richard empathises with the "horrors" discussed by his delegates. He qualified as an accountant, moved into systems quality audit, programme support office manager and problem and change manager. He managed large IT teams in the mobile phone and utility industries and has worked with many organisations before setting up a consulting practice. Richard is Director of Finance and Information for pearcemayfield as well as an accredited trainer in MSP and P3O.

 

Nathalie Collister

Nathalie joined pearcemayfield in January 2006 as a Training Consultant, delivering PRINCE2 and tailored training courses both public and in-house. Nathalie previously worked for WWP Training where her responsibilities included being the Learning & Development Manager as well as delivering PRINCE2 & Project Management training courses.  Nathalie's background is in project management on large software implementations for Intel Corporation & AVIS Europe.  Nathalie is also an accredited MSP Practitioner and trainer.

 

 

 

David Martin

 

David is a self-employed project management trainer, running his own company DJM Project Management. His introduction to pearcemayfield was when he was being assessed as a PRINCE2 trainer the assessor was Patrick Mayfield. That was in 1999 and since then David has been working closely with pearcemayfield in delivering both training and consultancy. David is also an accredited MSP trainer.

 

 

 

 

Trevor Smith

 

Trevor is a management consultant and trainer. He is based in Prague and brings an international perspective to pearcemayfield's portfolio. Trevor is a fully accredited PRINCE2 trainer and delivers courses in both the UK and abroad, more specifically in eastern Europe and Germany. Trevor speaks English, German and his Czech is now getting better!

 

 

 

 

Ed McInairnie

 

Ed is a qualified PRINCE2 trainer who specialises in non-qualification Project Management courses, such as the Basic Project Management for Research Staff, Project Management Practical and Project Management using MS Project courses for Cardiff University and similar courses for in-house clients.  With a background in Major Projects in the coal industry and extensive experience of IT training, his main areas of interest are in the use of IT as a tool in the successful management of projects, and in risk management in the project environment.

 

 

 

Lubaid Khan

Lubaid heads pearcemayfield's operations in India, and is currently establishing our presence in Delhi. He is an MBA, a PRINCE2 and Change Management Practitioner. He also looks after our social media strategy.

Chris Kemp

Chris is our Course Administrator and has been with the company since 2000. Chris's main tasks involve organising course details and delegates pre-course material. Part of her job includes calling you with the good news that you have passed your public exam, a job she enjoys!
